Kosher is a hebrew term and I am not interested to learn about it but,one thing you cannot find in Turkey is pork meat or/and any products that contains pork meat/fat.Since the majority is muslim, and muslims don't ever eat pork, non of the products produced in Turkey contains any material obtained from porks.

When in a place, why not become part of it? Isn't that more rewarding (when you go for vacation, I mean!)?
