Why would they use you, about whose genetic background nothing is known, rather than use a sperm bank, whose donors are screened?
Or are you volunteering your sperm for free, and are willing to pay to have a genetic screen?

Go to the local sperm bank at a clinic. Check the Yellow Pages...they're listed. You realize of course you jerk off in a jar. The semen is frozen and applied invitro to the female.
What?...thought you'd get alittle action? It's possible but most "ladies" would prefer to have it done in the proper conditions. That doesn't mean legs in the sir with some stranger pounding the hell out of her.

Contact your local sperm bank and get screened to be a donor.

Without Sex u can do this.. Contact a gynecologist and ask him/her about the method of "Test Tube Baby". This is the only way u could help her without having sex. Good Luck
