I think it's really hard to forget about your first love and such, because it was your first and you could of eitehr shared great memories with them or terrible memories with them. Either way, first love is something that usually stays in your mind for quite a long time.

I am 52 years old, have had a number of relationships and have been happily married for over 15 years
My first love was 15 (I was 16) and no - I have never forgotten her.
She lives nearby but we don't communicate as she is married as well and it just wouldn't make sense.
I will never forget the intensity of those feelings.
As you age you become less susceptible to the immensity of the passions you felt as a youth but ---forget?---
Never!

If it was relationship unlike any that you have ever had. then no you will never forget your first love. You can tell if it were truly love by if you compare that relationship to all the other relationships after that one or if you look for the same characteristics of the person in someone new. You will keep trying until you find that one person that will remind you of the one that you lost and try to replace that person with her/him

No...you can't ever forget you first love or any thing like that it is speacial and deep down you'll never forget about it

no u never forget about ur first love that was ur first experience on love so there is no way that ur gonna forget about it and most of the time u wont forget about any of ur loves but u will definitly remeber ur first love

I've let go of my first love. I remember sometimes, but I have really completely gotten over him.
Now... my last boyfriend? No. It's been about 9 months, and last night I had a dream about him. Ugh!

After many many years, I have gotten over, gone on with it, forgave and/or temporarily misplaced but never truly forgot.
Over time, most memories get converted to the pleasant category by nature or thrust. It's all good!

I never been in love but I do remember my first huge crush. It was back in elementary school. Never forget it.
