You cannot just go to court and get a "divorce" from your parents. There was the case of Patrick Holland who "divorced" his dad. But, what they really did was terminate his parental rights so the boy could be adopted. People's parental rights get terminated everyday, but not for just any reason. It takes a lot of time and a lot of work to get a parents rights terminated. You have to have a pretty good court documented reason!

Well i dun much in it but divorce is between parents and they do divorce for thier each other misunderstanding...and in divorce parents have to say we dun wanna live together..i dun think children can do anything..and if children are grown up and are selffish..they can do that..probably.....

Yes it's called emancipation but I believe yo uhave to give probable cause for wanting to do so, prove u can support yourself and some other stuff.

Kids can get emancipated, but you have to have reasonable cause, an adult sponsor to sign off for you, and a few other things.

Yea, its called gettin emancipated. Once the court agrees to it you will have to pay the child money from your paycheck so he/she can live somewhere else.
