if you really mean it,it will pop up by itself and by no rush. we don't have to push things very much. also, do u really need to impress her? if so, then just be yourself. it is very impressive for a woman to meet a man who is honest, truthful by just being himself!

It will do more than impress her if you notice things about her. If you like the things she does tell her, whether she is impressed or not it will gain you light years with her. Everybody likes to be noticed especially women. To impress her might take a little bit more but you are on the right track.

u should go like:
hey, what's up... i missed u(say this one even if u have seen her just a few minutes ago).. and I've been thinking the whole night about how should i say it to u, and should i or shouldn't i....
i really like and love the things that u do for life/living/free time/school/house....or ur activities... and i like it because it makes me feel comfortable while doing it and especially with u ...
WARNING: if u don't like the things she does just say it and don't be polite too much and don't lie.... because if ur relationship is going to be for a long time she might find out that u'd lied to her and she might get upset... so don't lie.

i think that it would be sooo sweet and romantic if u told her those little things about her u love. her eyes, the way she moves her hands, her laugh etc etc. i know for a fact tht girls love that especially when ur bein honest. dont do it to impress her, do it becuase u mean it and want to show her u love her
