I used Crest Premium Whitestrips...they're great, they work and you can wear them pretty much anywhere...
Crest Night Effects also work if you'd rather whiten at night...it's also pretty effective..
But if you want huge results, talk to your dentist about lasers and such. Or s/he can fit you with a special tray to bleach them that way.

Brush daily twice and use of fluoride paste may be helpful.artificial whitener may be of temporary use

it will be better if u go to the dentist or bring a white sand and brush your teeth whith it but its harmful for teeth

Other than brushing them all day you do need to polish them also.
