Why don't people use their directionals while driving?

I think its just plain laziness

Probably because they are preoccupied w/a cell phone or they have alot on thier minds and aren't really concentrating.

How soon they forget. It's happening everywhere..where are the police when these things happen. You either have someone speeding by you or no one using turn signals.
