When is the wrong time to raise your hand in the class and say "I have a question."?

When the teacher is calling the roll.

If the teachers has asked the class if you have any questions and nobody says anything, the the wrong time would be after she starts to the next problem or explanation.

when you don't actually have a question. You know, you are sitting in class and this huge fly comes in, and it's the most interesting thing you 've seen (or heard for this matter) all day, and then from somewhere far away you hear "Any questions?", and your brain,awake from its sleep, decides to raise your hand and say "I have a question!"

Why should you even bother to raise your hand to ask your teacher anything?He(she) will just look at you harshly and say....
Huhhh..that is interesting, but don't you think it's inappropriate
to interrupt me an elderly person not to mention your teacher, while i am talking.

When you act naive and do not say anything when the teacher has finished the explanation and the next day you tell her/him that you did not get any point in her exlpanation i.e you are totally unfamiliar to her explanation and ask her to explain the whole thing again !!!!
