Blasphemy against the Holy Ghost. Which means you hear the Word of God and reject it. You have either until you die or until the Second Coming and then it's too late for you. So if you haven't accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior you best do it now because you don't know what will happen 10 minutes from now. Also read John 3:3-6 and Ephesians 2:8-9

the greatest sin is renouncing your faith. Leading a life of surrenderance to God and saying u never believed in Him to get u out of trouble. There will be a time after the rapture where the antichrist and all his dominions will come to you and ask if u will take the mark or be put to death. If you believe in God and take the mark, that would be the greatest sin.

if by greatest you mean worse. I tell you this in God's eyes (Murder=Little White Lie=Claiming to be a god=sin). No sin is greater than any other in the eyes of LORD God. In the eyes of humans it would probably be the denouncement of God's existence or Claiming to be a god.

Going against one of the 10 Commandments, if more than one that would be the worst. God put us on this earth to love life to the fullest and He only gave a few simple rules, which we should respect.
I say the greatest sin would be worshiping another god before God Himself, worshiping one as another is disrespectful to God. It's bad enough people kill, steal, and even threat. We should be thankful for our lives, and not take them for granted, for they do go by quickly and life, to me, is the greatest privelege of all.
So please,never go against His will and do not worship others before Him.

To deny the Holy Ghost after receiving the truth by pure knowledge. Next is murder by taking away someone right to choose and do good works by which we will be judged by while on this earth.
