I fell down and scraped my knee badly, and there's a big red spot. It bled red a bit. & White blood , turns into yellow right? So how do I stop that? I put this tissue cloth and taped it to my knee but the cloth keeps soaking yellow.

Any antibiotic ointment like Neosporin. What is actually happening is your injury is pussing, that is what the yellow stuff is. It may be a sign of infection. Clean it off real good using hydrogen peroxide. The peroxide will fizz on all the spots that are still containing bacteria. Keep pouring peroxide on it till it stops fizzing. Then put a little antibiotic ointment on the injury and cover it with gauze, not a tissue. The gauze should be more sterile to avoid infection and it won't stick to the injury. Then cover the whole mess with a band aid or first aid tape. If you don't take care of this wound appropriately it will get infected and take twice as long to heal, plus you will have to see a doctor for antibiotics.
I just went through this with a smashed thumb so I know it works!

After a few days as the injury stops pussing you can leave it open over night to allow it to dry up and heal. Until then leave it covered all the time.

It happened to me. wash the area gently with warm sudsyy anti bacterial soap (dial) if it's really bad squeeze the susdy water over the scrape. Then saok cotton ball with hydrogen peroxide and genly dap over scrape , squeeze neosporine onto band aid pad and cover the scrape, if it is really bad use guaze and medi tape tissue is not good because it will stick, do this at least twice aday. you need to keep it really clean so it doesn't get infected.
Don't pick or rub the scab or you will have a scar. Hope this helps.

It's the antibodies killing the infection in your knee. As long as the skin is not red and hot, there isn't an infection. Keep the wound clean and well covered with antibiotic ointment, and it should heel it's self in a few days.

Sounds infected. Use triple antibiotics that you can pick up at any store.

Use a triple anti-biotic cream... if that doesn't work go to the doctor and get oral antibiotics.
