I just started using these dvds from Target. One's called the 10 minute solution with kick boxing and the other is a cardio dance thing from a lady that does it on the channel Lifetime TV. Do you think if I use these at least 4 times a week, drink plenty of water, and still walk or jog several days of the week, and reasonably diet, do you think these dvd's could help me gradually loose my flab? They are really fun, so I like doing them, I just really haven't done something like it before... Have you used any workout tapes? Did they sort of work for you? Thanks..

Sure these will sure work! Stick with the dvd's that make you move and sweat for weight loss, yoga is great, but not for weight loss, you'll have to move and sweat for at least 30 minutes to make it count. Before becoming a instructor, I worked out with these all the time at home to get in shape, I still have quite a few of them, different kinds, they give me great ideas!
Eat sensible, cut out sweets except for once a week, watch what you eat at night after dinner, try to eat your biggest meals in the morning and at lunch time, mid afternoon, dinner should be the lightest.
Make it a fun thing, something you look forward to, your body will love you for it!

It all depends on your lifestyle and your way of working out. They will definetely be good for your body and over time as long as you stay healthy and drink lots of water. I have never used them before but, when you do a different kinds of workouts that your body is not used to then that is when you see the most results. The best part of all is that you enjoy doing them. That is hard to receive. I will almost garantee you will see results in two weeks. enjoy

Workout videos ONLY work on those who USE them. It is about exercise, no matter where you do it. Set a goal for six weeks. Without fail or exception stick to your plan. If you do not see a change, in weight, bodyshape, whatever, than it is a bad video, or plan.
However if you get what they promised, then you havve answered your own question.

Yes. These tapes should work for you. The key is to keep hydrated and stay with the workout. Don't cheat by eating 4 meals. I have used tapes like these and they have worked for me. Good luck!

I got one for Christmas, it's called "The Astronauts Guide to Weightlessness". It was truly surreal, I'd never be able to afford their gym equipment.

That's a lot of cardio, which is good, but you need to add some resistance training (weights or bands) as well to strengthen and tone your muscles.
