The fastest growing thing on your baby is their mind!! they are like little sponges, absorbing everything and everyone around them.
I do know what you mean though. Childrens feet do seem to be forever getting bigger. I have to buy my children at least 3 new pairs of school shoes a year, as well as trainers, plimsoles, sandals etc.
I wish we were back in the stoneage where they walked bare foot most of the time. It would be a lot cheaper wouldn't it!!

Don't women know that the "Stay at home Mom" thing means IF YOU ARE JUST VERY RICH! You cannot have kids and not work. You cannot survive off of the system. I feel for you, really do. You sound like a smart Man, so I suggest what the others did that you get a paternity test first, then go from there. The baby may not even be yours, and you'll have nothing to worry about. If it is yours, you can definately prove her an unfit parent with the courts. All they'll need to see is that she has no steady foundation. I would go ahead and call the attorney, and the first thing you ought to accomplish with him is a paternity test. I bet there is some way you can pay on it until he comes, and it can be paid for. Good Luck. Word of Advice: When you meet a girl, these are very important questions that need to be asked on the first date, or first conversation: What high school did you go to? Did you graduate? Where do you work? How long have you been there? What do you do otherwise? Are you in school? What are your goals? Where do you see yourself in 5 years. The successful/ independent women will answer these questions, with no hesitation. The opposite may look at you crazy and may not want to continue on with a relationship, because she'll feel intimidated.

I am sure it is the feet that grow the fastest!
My daughter had very fast growing feet. We went through a lot of baby shoes. The problem became they didn't have kid shoes for her size. When she was 6, she was already in womens size 5 shoe and you can't put heels on a 6 year old.

Their feet seem to be, but techincally its their brain connections and/or weight. They will triple their weight by the first year and the number of neuro connections they make is in the billions.
Most Mom+Dads love buying the cute shoes. They won't last long, babies grow expect it :P
My sister had to donate literally 3 car fulls of clothes and shoes after she was done with her 2. Much of it wasn't used
Here's a great website for age expectations.
