I want to tickle my friend's feet really bad, and I don't know if I should take his socks off first.
Would it tickle him more if he was barefoot? Or would it tickle more if he still had his socks on?
It'll probably be easier if I don't have to get his socks off, first, though... but it would be worth the try if he reacted better.
What do you think? What would tickle his feet more? Should I tickle his feet with my fingers... or should I try using something else, like a feather?

i'd take his socks off, get straight to the source. otherwise the socks will muffle the tickle, and it won't be as effective. also, be creative. don't just tickle him in one place with only your fingers or something. mix it up! im not saying to go into privates, but other than that... also, try to save his reaction with a video camera or something..... that would be soooo funny!!

Barefeet are usually more ticklish then those what have socks on.
