does doing tae bo every night help you loose weight ?

It depends on how long you do it. If you do it for 30 minutes at least, it will help you to lose weight, as it's a pretty tough workout huh! It burns fat.
Your food intake will be important too, for if you work out every nite and don't watch what you eat, you're only working off the candy bar that you ate yesterday, does this make sense? What you want to do while you're exercising is to watch your intake of these foods: cheese, fast foods, sodas, greasy foods, chips, sugary foods. If you can cut back on these things you'll lose faster.
When you're exercising you'll need to take 1-2 days off a week for recovery. Your muscles need the time to recover and then you'll be ready to go back again. You need the rest. Hope this helps.....

push united statesare better for you chest you want to get better appropriate hands i'd say to construct then up somewhat do a barbell curl with low weight and intense reps with a view to amplify you may carry weights i'd say 3 to 4 gadgets of say 10 to twelve reps barbell curls and also perchance a tricep extension or pulldown.

any form of excersize done on a daily basis is good and as long as you are burning more calories than you need you will lose weight or tone up
