They do exist, but maybe you're subconsciously ignoring them. Some people just don't seem to like the decent ones. Even though they may verbally say that they want a decent guy, but in reality it's the complete opposite.

There are these four guys I know that are THE nicest sweetest and best looking guys I have ever met. They've all just graduated from High school and are all very Christian people. They all also have girlfriends, who are beautiful, nice, good Christian people. So what I've discovered, is that slutty girls attract man-whores and that good girls attract good guys. You just have to know how good you want them to be and where to go. If you want someone that is Christian, then go places that are wholesome, not like a bar or strip joint. I'm a good person, but I'm not extremely conservative about certain things, so I'm looking for someone who parallels the ideals that I find most important and who can help me become a better person. I know it's hard, but I also know that they are out there.....somewhere.

It all depends on your idea of 'decent'.

I think you'll find that human beings are not perfect, that they all have good days, bad days, good habits, bad habits etc. When you embark in a new relationship you take on, not one person, but their ideas and values.

It usually helps when the person you want to meet shares some of your interests so maybe you should look at that for starters, then get to know the person, see how the relationship goes, how much he/she is prepared into it, how much you want to put into it yourself and should both your needs match then you will have the 'decent' person you were looking for!

Yes, but the problem is a lot of the decent guys don't go to the clubs and such, where the non-decent guys go to hook up with drunk girls.

How to find them... try friends of friends, get to know quiet guys (quite a lot of decent ones and more likely to be availible), work, class, etc.

Sure there's lots of decent guys out there....all over the place. They usually go to ball parks, libraries, churches, PTA meetings, grocery shopping, playing golf, etc. Good Luck! I hope you find a decent one that will love you , and take care of you.

Yes, they aren't extinct yet ;) Sometimes you might casually bump into them at school, work, or a store. They don't usually have identifiable markers, though :) You have to take a chance and see how the guy turns out. And, of course, definitions of "decent" vary.

Yes we do, but it's a probability game.

Go out to classy places and meet more men.

If you meet 10 men, I'd say 2 will be decent.

We do! We're just quiet guys and loners. Just consider the less obvious guys, and if someone looks a bit down or lonely- smile at them, see if they smile back! It might take a while, give them a chance to talk, compliment them, don't get ahead of yourself and don't be too demanding.
