It will, but the muscles need a little time to recuperate before you tear them down again, every night isn't a good idea for lower abdominals. You might add some crunches on a really good crunch machine and some sit-ups on a decline bench. Side bends are always good for the obliques. You don't need to make your butt disappear, a little junk in the trunk is a good thing, lol. Trust me, most men don't prefer skin and bones, that's Hollywood's idea of perfect. Men usually like a few curves and a nice round butt that has a little jiggle to it. Build the muscles in your butt for good shape and tone, don't attempt to lose it all together.

You might lose a little weight but not that much. Burn more calories everyday. It sounds simple but it works. Most people do not know how to calculate this. The basic formula is Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity.
Click here for a good example of what to eat:

The current issue of "Muscle and Fitness" magazine has some excellent Ab workout routines that won't get you bored. Most people get burned out doing leg lifts. The magazine also has tips on working your gluteus maximus (butt) via squats, etc.
Remember, diet and exercise is best for lasting weight loss.

not likely. You'll most likey build muscle that way and muscle weighs more than fat.
You need cardio.
Have someone tie your hands to the side mirror of a SUV and drive 20 miles an hour. after about 20 minutes of that a day, you'll lose weight.

Welllllll, I have bad news for you....experts say to lose weight, you have to decrease calories......they say that losing weight is 90% diet and 10% exercise. However, exercise will tone the muscle.....but if no one can see the muscle because of the fat layer then what's the point??? A combo of diet and exercise is best. You cannot target one place in your body to lose weight....Good luck!

Cutting down on your calorie intake will help you lose weight and getting on your hands and knees and alternately slowly kicking your legs out wil trim the butt and of course the leg lifts will help.

you need to throw away all those Glamour and Cosmo magazines. that's the first step.
next step- eat!!! really...eating revs up your metabolism.
next, exercise in moderation. get that heart going!
last step- revel in the healthy new you!
there is no quick fix. diet pills and programs are scams. those people know you are desperate to drop pounds and know you will pay to do so. you are their prey.
really, do yourself a favor- eat. exercise. stop worrying about your weight and body. life is too short.

You'll firm up, but don't be suprised if you gain some weight. When you work out enough, you gain muscle mass. On a fit person though, it looks good. Better than fat...
