Depends. If you broke up with the person because you just wanted to have sex with another person just to clear your conscious, that is a bad thing. Technically it is not cheating, but ask yourself, would you be mad if your partner did the same in such a short period of time?

No. As long as you both agreed to the breakup, you have the right to see who, and anyone you choose, as long as you don't get involved again while you are with your current boyfriend, or girlfriend. It is a good idea to tell your lover, or special friend what you did so it can be forgotten. Make sure you knew that person doesen't sleep around so you don't jeapordize some else's health with sexual deseases.

Good Luck.

The need for exclusivity in simply a feeling that we convince ourselves is necessary. With that being said, we need to really take the terms dating and boyfriend/girlfriend and analyze them.
A lot of times we like people and sleep with them but really don't intend for it to become a relationship. Openness from the beginning is key. With this in mind, no it is not.

As Ross would say "You were on a break" If you are broke up you are free to date. Period. It will still be difficult to fit that relationship into your current relationship, and it will hurt you both to think about, but it truly was not an infidelity.

No because you broke up with that person. You were single when you slept with someone else.

It really only matters if you tell them. Which, by the way, you shouldn't do unless you enjoy a good fight - and some people do.
