Well, I don't know what the ones at Dunkin' Doughnuts are like, but here's how I would make one:

-about 6-10 ice cubes (depending on serving size) crushed (in food processor, ice crusher blender)
-add tablespoon or two of instant coffee and/or coffee flavour stuff (like International Coffee House)
-add sugar to taste
-add milk or cream to the correct consistency

I've read all of the previous responses to this question, and I just want to add that you should make sure that whatever coffee you use is strong, to counter the melting ice. If i'm making iced coffee, I brew a pot using double the amount of coffee I normally use.

Dunkin' Donuts, of course, uses their own coffee (if you don't live near one, you can order their coffee online). I'd recommend a good, fresh-brewed coffee, not an instant or any of those International-type coffees. They tend to be too sweet and artificial tasting.

You can make your own, inexpensive "Frappachino"-type mix!

Get instant coffee, sugar and powdered, non-dairy coffee creamer.

You are going to put these ingredients into a blender, in order to mix them well and create a good powder. (I supposed you could use a food processor, I haven't tried that.)

Put the three ingredients into the blender, using this ratio:
1 spoonful instant coffee
1 spoonful sugar
2 spoonfuls powdered non-dairy creamer

Use this ratio and add to the blender, filling about half-way at a time or it may not mix properly. Blend until ingredients are mixed well and created a powder.

Now, when you want to make yourself a "Frappa..." just get your blender and put in some ice cubes (about 4). Add milk or water half-way up the ice. Add two tablespoons of the powder mixture. Blend until thick.

You can adjust the amount of sugar to suit your taste. Some people like it really sweet, some don't. Using milk will give a creamier taste. For added flavor, add 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract or other flavoring that you like. You can also add 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder for a chocolate-coffee combination.

Enjoy!
