The Devil and evil has many different symbols, both known and unknown.. such as the fake star of david, hexagrams, upside down cross, the peace sign, etc...
but what are the symbols of God and good? Besides the cross.

the peace sign IS a satanic symbol. it is false and made for decieving purposes. it is an upside down, broken cross. look it up dumbasses.
and the DOLLAR BILL is also satanic. it has illuminatic symbols containing it as well as hexagrams and 666's encoded if you look carefully. look that up too instead of trashing me if you can't be good answerers.
oh.. and to you one girl.. i never said i wanted to use a symbol of God to wear it as jewelry so i'd appreciate it if you didn't act like a smart ******.

'demon deacon'
the original peace sign was formed way way back before nuclear missiles and stuff like that were even made. it was used by nero the roman emperor who killed christians and um it looks like you're the one who's just believing what you're looking at.

All through the Gospels of the disciples Jesus warned of those who would ask for a sign and referred to them as a wicked and adulterous generation. God doesn't need a sign, all of creation shows forth His handy work. Stop asking for a sign because a sign will not be given unto you but the sign of the prophet Jonah, who was cast away into the belly of the whale. And stop buying into that Da Vinci code nonsense. God Bless.

Check out the link below to Wikipedia on the peace sign, and then see if you are still so sure. Keep in mind that there is a LOT of false information floating around out there. Investigate everything for youself, don't just believe what others tell you. It would appear that the peace sign was created by combining the semaphoric symbols of N and D for nuclear disarmament.
Other symbols used for God include the Anchor (this was used by early Christains and some monastic communities still use it.), the fish, and the butterfly are some others I know about.
------Addition
I have been doing research for about the past 30 minutes or so, and I have been unable to find one scholarly source that says the peace sign, as we know it, originated with Nero. If you can provide a link (a scholarly link with some historical evidence, not just some person's website who makes claims with no documentation), I will be happy to look at it, otherwise I stick by my answer.
Why are you asking questions if you get angry with anyone who disagrees with you?

Usually symbolically light and possibly the sky are regarded as symbols of God. And when was the peace sign the symbol of the Devil and evil. Peace isn't evil.

In Islam , God has names.
not symbol
some say crescent is the symbol of islam. thats fallacy.
http://islamtomorrow.com/allah/moon_god.asp
Allah is NOT a moon god. Moon is the creation of God. Allah is another name of God.
Quran proves - "Allah" is NOT a 'moon god':
"And from among His Signs are the night and the day, and the sun and the moon. Do not bow down (prostrate) to the sun nor to the moon, but only bow down (prostrate) to "Allah" Who created them, if you (really) worship Him." [Quran 41:37]
The Qur'ân answers this question before you asked it. Read this verse:
They ask you about the new moons. Say: These are signs to mark fixed periods of time for mankind and for the pilgrimage (Qur'ân 2:189).
The word "Allah" literally means itself, "The only one worthy to be worshipped".
"Say: ‘Call upon Allah, or call upon Rahman: by whatever name ye call upon Him, (it is well): for to Him belong the Most Beautiful Names....‘"
[Al-Qur’an 17:110]

Some people say that the mathmatical number abd the symbol for "phi" is proof of God or divine creation. Look it up, it's very intruiging.
The decimal representation of phi is 1.6180339887499... .

GOD needs no sign.
His Holy Spirit fills us with His presence.
If a sign is required, I'd check it as evil.

I believe God doesn't want us to wear Jewlery to proove our faith. It shines through us and how we treat others. You are Gods gem, wearing a cross is nice but it doesn't prove anything only you can. I hope that answers your question.

Read the bible. God gave us his son to die on the cross for our sins. No symbol is needed. Again there are many things to read in the bible, read it.
