I like the one that says: "Blessed are the poor in spirit for they shall see God." It means to me that if I am hungry and needy and not pretending that I "have it all." That God will reveal Himself to me in the quiet place in the secret place of my heart.
Many are not even seeking God's way today. But you can be assured that He "knows who are His".

I am sure there are people doing what Jesus said. The other thing I am sure about is that all what he said is true. However few or many are those who do what he said, they are the very people through whom the Father wants his will done. Who matters more than how many.

Yes. Many a christian is trying to do exactly that but with lot of challenges for we are weak human beings. It is only possible through the grace of the Lord.

Christians should pay more attention to these than constantly quoting the Old Testament (which was written by Jews whom they disagree with).
