This is not about payment is it? Wow, I thought that it was about so much more.
I figure it like this, don't expect anything and you won't be disappointed if she doesn't and you'll be pleasantly surprised if she does. Just because you take it upon yourself to do that deed doesn't mean that it's "automatic" for her to return the favor... If you want it done, ask for it...

No. Thats just it. You expect repayment right now. Many a time I went down on my woman when I got nothing in return. But watching her get off was enough. I didnt get anything right then but there was alot of times I got it later when she felt like it.

When you do things for others you should do it because you want to, not because you are expecting something in return.
If you want to go down on her with the condition that she will go down on you also then you need to be upfront with her about it first. If I were you I would also find out before even dating her romantically if she is even into that.
