Water or gatorade. I would go with Gatorade. It replemishes all that is lost when you sweat.

Decent airflow in the kitchen! My husband is a chef too and hates it the minute the temperature goes over 60 degrees farenheit

I am a chef and have purchased a "keep cool" bandana-- you can find them on various websites. You put it in a freezer and it keeps you cool for hours.

Jasmine tea is supposed to be cooling to the body.

(I'm sure you don't need to drink it hot to enjoy the benefit. Try it as an iced tea.)

you can drink ice cold water, gatorade, or maybe an ice coffee so you can be energized with the caffeine and sugar in the coffee and it would be nice and cold

A Nice LONG ISLAND ICED TEA - it may not cool you down, but after a few of those and you wont give a rats *** if your hot or not!!! :-)
