Fiber 1!!! its really yummy! Or, All Bran Extra Fiber. Both good, and really yummy. Oatmeal! realllllly good.
Anything with "fiber" or "bran" in the ingredients/title. weetabix, bran flakes, etc.
Raisin bran is good, for bran-y-ness, but raisin bran and other cereals like frosted mini wheats have a LOT of sugar and other not so good stuff. But of you dont care, then go for it! :)
happy eating! I wish I could live off cereal :( hehehe lol

Kashi makes some really good ones that are VERY high in fiber and fairly low in sugar compared to most other cereals. Just read the labels at the grocery store. I've found that most of the "adult" cereals have WAY more sugar than the kid's Captain-Marshmellow-Candy-Crap.

The best thing you can eat is Grape-nuts, its got great fiber, it has a very good carb to sugar ration, I beieve only 5g of sugar for 40 carbs. This will give you more energy throughout the day than you'll know what to do with. To make it better cut a banana into it, its the best breakfast you can have.
