I can't ruin porterhouse with anything. If you get a good cut, slap it on the grill and munch it down unseasoned. (:

McCormicks Montreal steak seasoning is the best I've found. You can get it at most supermarkets or off Amazon.

there is something called Hot Blends. You can get it at a Krogers store if you have one. It has a black label and cap, with red writing....that is if you like hot stuff. Another way i like my steaks, is i marinate them in some zesty italian dressing b4 cooking

In the south, we marinate steaks in italian dressing. it will make your steak sooooooo tender, and also is a great seasoning.

Worcestershire sauce 30 min. before grilling, then cook it rare. yum yum.
