Well, back then, people said God Bless You because they thought that every time you sneezed, you're heart would stop. So you would need a blessing.
I don't really think God needs a blessing, do you? He is the fountain of all blessings!

If you were hanging out in Heaven with God & he sneezed then it probally is a test. I would say "Bless You, God".
