She just gets so mad and bitchy I don't want to be around her but then again I don't want to show her that I don't care or understand what she's going through.

I'm currently teaching my man how to deal when I'm suffering from PMS. Men need know women really do suffer.. The mood swings are beyond a lady's control.

Just dont have a smart mouth. This is the worse thing a man can do.

DONT FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE

APOLOGIZE A LOT

APOLOGIZE FOR ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING

APOLOGIZE FOR NOT HAVING A PERIOD TOO

Agree with her and tell her its OK and please please sympathize and empathize

Well, if she gets so mad and bitchy you should tell her how this affects you. If she can't make adjustments or try to make some sort of compramise, then maybe it would be better for you to use the worse days that she is going through that to make it boys night out or something and tell her to make it girls night out for her. Sometimes, trying to be there for her and show that you care when she is going through her bitchy period will only bring up other issues. Let her know that you know what she's going through but it really is unfair that you would have to deal with this every month when its something that she is also not able to control, regarding her moods. We all need some space at one time or another in a relationship, and that doesn't mean going to a titty bar or looking for other women to spend time with. It just means that sometimes couples need to do things that do not involve their lover/spouse. Maybe you can even go out and buy her something nice, it doesn't have to be expensive, just something that shows her how much you love her. Let your imagination guide you as well as your love for her and things will find a way of resolving themselves. Good luck to you.

I am female and never had PMS, so I really can't relate to her problem. I do know that there are medications her doctor can prescribe to help her. If her symptoms are so bad they're affecting her relationships with other people, then she needs some help. Very delicately discuss this with her, or if you think it would be better, enlist a female friend to do it. By the way, DON'T do this while she's on her period!!!

My ex used to be a complete mentallist when she was blobbing. I suggested that she took evening primrose oil, as this helps balance the crazy womans hormones and makes them less crazy. Try suggesting it to her, but wait till she's off her period or she may bite your nose off like my ex tried to once....

Talk to her about this problem when she is NOT on her period. Ask her to help you come up with a solution. Communication is all it takes.
