Coffee - beyond all the regular stuff, not able to ctach up with the assertiveness to handle 'high politics' and really strong oldies in the org. cant quit job either since have been doing that forever to escape from one to another. If u cant grow, u r dead ! and the family is dependent on u too; so u cant quit either either. helpless. prayers help but cant be depending on that forever.

Hey, you stay in that environment and you'll have a way out for sure....in a casket!!! You'd better think about your future and what you're going to be doing in 5 years. There are many opportunities. Perhaps if you would get some good career counseling you would feel more in control of the situation. I think physical exercise would help your stress level also. Do something you love; or always wanted to do. God Bless.

Have you thought about going to a mental health counselor?..I am not implying that you have mental health issues but maybe hearing your problems and pressures from an independent person who is not emotionally involved (family excluded) they might be able to see what is going on and help you straighten out some problems...they can help you look another way at your job and help you cope...its worth a shot.

When you begin to feel stress, laugh, alot, it releases endorphins which decrease the stress. I work on a locked psych unit (for 20 yrs) and it works for me 98% of the time.
Try it until you get it down.

A personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Best way to establish this is to get involved in a Bible believing church.
