Good whey protein powder?

Can anyone tell me of a good whey protein powder that tastes pretty good with water and thats less than 20 dollars, is there such a thing? I've tried optimum nutrition's but it was horrible with water.

If you have a Costco card they have a really good brand there. I forgot the name it is like pro rated or something. It is around 20 dollars.
