I really feel they are closed minded people and they belive in something that is none realistic, im gay and gay marriage is a great idea

People have differing opinions on the subject. They most likely have never been in a loving relationship with someone of the same gender, and do not know what it would be like. They may be scared to think about it, or they may have been told that it is just not right. I, as a freedom loving American, respect a person's right to choose any partner they want. So why do others have to judge the happiness of gay people? I wish I knew.

Really good question. I would have to say the same as everyone else has said, with the edition of: It is just so different and foreign to me( and probably every other straight person.) I mean you a "FREE" to do as you wish, but remember every action will one day be weighed. Homosexuality in the essence of loving another human being is not wrong. But when their is sex involved in is not the natural union that GOD created. But if you feel that that is your path in life, then follow it with all of your heart. Just ask God for Guidance and strength to withstand all of the opposition that you will face. Peace

Firstly I think that it is more political that anything. So they want it to stay sacred and as it says between a man and woman. They can comit to one another no problem but they are just wanting the financial benefit which has nothing to do with true feeling or love. It is just another way to get financial help and that is why it is causing such a fuss.
This is my opinion anyway.

People have their own opinions...which was probably formed by their parents at an early age. Some people grow up in churches were they are told they WILL go to hell. I have faith in God and I can't judge people for what they do. God is the one who gets the final say so what all of us have to say really does not matter. If someone finds love....love it. Who cares who its with...as long as everyone is an adult.

I don't think it is bad. My best friend is gay and married and had to move to Canada to do it! It hurts so many people to prevent this. Our country was founded on separation between church and state so preventing same sex marrage is a violation of that foundation!

Just because you love the same sex doesnt mean you should just go for it, do it or not care about what people think. DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, of course you should care,grow up, live in the real world.
Some serious problems with gay people, i dont care how many are your friends and that they "love" each other

god gave marriage for two from different sex to give birth to children and life goes on.
why gays have to get married since they can't deliver. what theier life then stands for sex that's all.is this the continues of life? is this what you wants as human.

It's against the bible,and "your body is a holy temple" giving your body to the same sex is against the bible.
