Really, I prefer silence. If there has to be something, then
Bolero,
the entire Moody Blues album Days of Future Past,
one of those 140 BPM+ techno CDs from the mid '90s,
the ambient CD comp. Barramundi or
Seduction by Oscar Lopez.

Johnny Mathis recorded some of the best music to neck and pet with. He recorded many suitable songs and his voice is a super mellow backdrop for any intimate encounter and activity.
Enjoy.

This is an easy one. Pop in Bob Marley Legend, track #2 "No Woman, No Cry." The beat is slow and sensual and the sound of Marley's Jamaican accent mixed with his reefer burnt vocal chords is the best. I have never met anyone who couldn't have sex to this song.

The entire 1st Enigma album, titled "MCMXC A.D." is the best I know of.
It has songs like:
Mea Culpa meaning "I am to blame"
Sadeness as in "Sadism"
and, "The Principles of Lust"
Need I say more?
