Johnny Mathis recorded some of the best music to neck and pet with. He recorded many suitable songs and his voice is a super mellow backdrop for any intimate encounter and activity.

This is an easy one. Pop in Bob Marley Legend, track #2 "No Woman, No Cry." The beat is slow and sensual and the sound of Marley's Jamaican accent mixed with his reefer burnt vocal chords is the best. I have never met anyone who couldn't have sex to this song.

The entire 1st Enigma album, titled "MCMXC A.D." is the best I know of.
It has songs like:
