If you are happy with your weight, just ignore your friends. That's a great accomplishment to lose 20 pounds. 164 pounds isn't bad at all.

Height: 5 feet, 10 inches
Weight: 164 pounds
Your BMI is 23.5, indicating your weight is within the normal range for adults of your height. Don't let no "friend" that you need to lose weight unless you personally think you or your medical doctor think that you still need to lose weight. Congratulations on the weight lose, you should be very proud of yourself

Well...it sounds like with your height and your weight is about right..we are all not put together the same way...as far as your friends..this disappoints me..true friends who love you and accept you for you and not your body style...if you were obese and or had health concerns then I would take advice from friends but there seems to be allot of emphasis on weight especially women..I would just say to them "Thanks, but I just lost 20 lbs and I feel good about my self and my look." and let it go like that..if they continue then let them know that this subject is putting you in a position to choose friends vrs conforming to their suggestions...your true friends will love you, accept you and let it drop....

The total amount of lean (non-fat) parts of the body, including muscle for your height is 101 lbs. You should weight around 105 lbs.

They are not your best friends if they are concentrated on your appearance. Congratualtions thought on loosing 20 pounds. If you are happy with what you look like, then screw all the other people.

I am from the west coast, too dork! Believe me, the west is WAY better, in my personal opinion. Maybe you should read my question again... I am not trying to offend anyone... just sick of being surrounded by people who are into things like frog giggin' and crap.

Hopefully they said "lose"...otherwise they need to work on their grammar.
You don't need to be skinny. I dated a girl who was 6'2 and 165...everything was proportional and she looked very good to Me.
