You need to delete the temporary internet files and delete the browser history...
You can find the answer to this on Yahoo answers. It's been asked millions of times. Search for 'delete temporary internet files' and 'delete browser history' in the search box. Specify the version of the browswer you are using i.e. IE6 (internet explorer version 6)

Go to Start, then Search. Once the Search screen appears, write down the file name in the box. And also click the box to what type of file it is, folder, video, audio, photographs, etc. Then you click search. The file will appear on the screen. Then you stop the search. Right click on the flile and go to delete. Click delete. Then go to your recycle box, and open it. Scroll for the deleted item. When you find it, click it to highlight it. Then delete it.

Just delete them.
I don't understand the question... if it's any more complicated than that.
