Well, Statisticly the most breed dog is the Labrador Retriever. Its is also the most popular dog voted in the USA. Close behind the Lab however is the ever growing popular Golden Retriever.
Though everyone's opinion is different, as seen below, what matters is what you define as "Cute". Some people thing the huge bulky Great Dane as "Cute" in its inability to realize its a big dog, and not a toy cup poodle. Others think the smallest chihuahua they can find is "cute" though statisticly they aren't even on the Top 50 most popular breeds in the US.
Just google top Dog Breeds and every site will show you that people must find the Lab, "Cutest" dog on earth.

I think beagles are the cutest. I think part of the reason I think that is because the beagles I've seen have a cute personality. (Although I've heard that beagles are kind of dumb too).

Pomeranians most definitely. I had two and I got compliments constantly on them. I had a black one and a white one.....try to get one of unusual color instead of the traditional orange...although...they are adorable too!!!!
You will fall in love with these magnificent little creatures!!!
