Do SOMETHING about it! I don't know your situation but if you don't you could be kissing your job goodbye and for what? Someone ELSES mistake? Thats crazy

If you lost your job how would you feel, knowing what you know about the situation and that you didnt do anything?
Youre being too optimistic if you know that losing your job is an actual option and saying that you effectively let people take your employment of all things away from you, when you can do something about it.Then you really would have yourself to blame.

I'm not meaning to be harsh plus I don't know what your workplace is but do something, see someone, and sort this out because if you are just telling the truth what is there to hide or be scared for?

Yes one time I found a fat wallet full of cash and credit cards. I was standing in line at local DMV. and by the time I found it the man was already gone. When it was my turn I got up to the window and told the lady behind the glass, and she immediately grabbed the wallet from me, put a rubber band around it without saying thank you, f-you, or anything. Then when I got home and told my now ex-husband about it, I got a good assss chewing for giving it back. That was many years ago and I have since lost my purse a few times, and lucky me, always got it back with money intact. I believe you always get as good as you give in this life. It's called Karma. So even if you don't get recognized for your good deeds, believe me when I tell you that someone is always watching from above.

YES! Usually up to management who takes credit! I used to make Group Tour Packets with Cover page, Itinerary, Passenger List, Hotel List... And the Tour Leader would always get credit and TIPS for such an informative and excellent PACKET! You see the Itinerary would have Time for each Stop for BUS (Motor coach) Boarding, ETA of Arrivals at Restaurants, Tour Stops and Hotel Arrivals...

I'm use to that being military and working for so many people. They only see the people who do REALLY good. But, the only way i have found to deal with it is to just let it go and try your best to do more that will make you stand out. Yes, it sucks and it makes u mad and feel like crap.

This person has probably done this before to other people. You need to find other people who were robbed of their work by the credit grabbing person, and take a big complaint to the management. If you go by yourself it will sound lame. Good luck.

. ,Did u do it to be given the credit or out of the goodness of your heart. U will get your credit sooner or later. As long as u know what you did , that's all that is important.

Sure all the time. If you are only doing good things only to get credit you are doing them for the wrong reason. Your reward for your good actions will come when you least expect it. Be patient.

Tell us a bit more. Did someone else take credit? Did you expect to be applauded? Tell us more.

All the time. It's part of life. If you don't go around telling everyone what you did, then most of the time people won't notice. It's part of life and you get used to it.
