Well if you don't get jealous at all and dont mind him doing it to other girls then get with him but the thought of him flirting with another girl makes you cringe don't get involved, it will be a headache.

If your talking about your boyfreind, then u need to tell him that it's not only disrespectful of him to do this, but it also hurts and if he cares about u and your relationship he would stop with the flirting back.
