No such thing as a specific antichrist in the Bible. Why do so many people look for an antichrist? An antichrist is simply anyone who denies the deity of Christ and/or denies that He came in the flesh, died & rose again. Trust me, there's already enough of that going around, and has been since He died.

And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. (1 John 4:3) For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. (2 John 1:7)

Also, there is no "rapture" as most people mean the word. He won't be sneaking in to take a few here and there, everybody will know it. When Christ returns, that's IT; no 1000 years to try again to get it right. The earth will be no more...

Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. (Revelation 1:7)

But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? (2 Peter 3:10-12)

This is a question very debated about. My personal opinion would be that Christ comes and raptures His church, (those who have accepted Him as their personal savior) this will be during the rising of the anti-christ though. After the Rapture The Tribulation will begin, this will be a series of horrible events that show the wrath of God, and His holy judgement. ( Revelation 6) Following that the Great Tribulation which again are more judgements brought down by heaven ( Revelation 8, 16) After the Great TRibulation, Christ will come again and set up his earthly home for 1000 years, then Satan will be set free once to roam the land and recruit for a large (hopeless) battle against God and his people. He will then be thrown into the Lake of fire for eternity.

Christ because the Book of Revelation is allegory. It was written by John to prepare the early Christians of Asia Minor for the upcoming Roman persecutions. Cesar Nero's number was 666. Christ will come as he promised in the Gospels.

Without a rapture what difference would it make? Christ says there have been anit-christ among us from since before his time. You've got a Bible seek it out and study.

They have both alwayz been. The spirit of the Anti-Messiah is satan. I dont know when the Messiah will return but i can only pray that I will be ready. Oh and who is to say that it hasnt already happened and humans are just to spiritually blind to realize it. Our world is in shambles, i suggest you pick up the Bible and read it indepthly. It is a very intense story, and I dont know if we are really intended to get all the hints that are in the text. and Try learning Ancient Hebrew it will help on your quest. Thanks
