Maybe you'd have better luck if you put out a personal ad. Everybody knows that Europe has the hairy ladies, but unless you live there you'll have to do a little searching. You can try those phone chat services, but I don't think that's the best route. A personal ad would include all that you're looking for, and then if anyone met those requirements, they could contact you.
I've never put a personal ad out, so I don't know about all the requirements, but good luck.

i think you can find women with hairy armpit,, just look around but to look for a women with a mustache, i don't see one yet..
don't get desperate, you don't have to go to Europe to find one, just go for a place where women from Europe hangs out,,

Not my favorite things but in Europe---Germany they don't shave much or they are looked at as prostitutes
