What do you want to do? Do you want him to have another chance? And what about your best friend, why was she a part of something that hurt you? If I were you, I would literally take a long look at myself in a mirror, and get in touch with yourself worth, your strengths, and tap in to see how much forgiveness you are really willing to give. I realize I come from a different time, but every girl was taught at a very young age, (the girlfriend rule) that there was one rule you never broke, which was to never, ever, go out with a friends boyfriend! If it happened, in my day, both were dropped like a "hot potato"! Make your call, but make a smart call. If you don't start now, being true to you, you will have a long life of heartaches, if you do respect your self, then you will be able to salvage a lot of hurt that might be ahead of you in the future. Destiny says, make your choice.

I wouldn't go back out with him. If it wasn't once love; it may never be. He sounds like he is just trying to use you for someone to make her jealous. I could be wrong so best to follow your own instincts about this one. If your best friend broke up with him he is probably on the rebound and needs female companionship.

Get rid of both of them and let them suffer the consequences. They both deserve each other for being terrible friends. You can do better and will find someone who really appreciates you. Believe in yourself and all good things will come your way. Be happy it happened and enjoy the life that will come your way.
