Other than the Circle Line, are there any other cruise tours that go around Manhatten without chartering the entire boat?

Yes there were several tour boats that circle Manhattan island. I am certain that is still the case.No need to charter, you just buy a ticket. The boat, I took had food and beverages for sale. (including alcoholic ones.)
You can get current information by Googling with the phrase "New York City boat tours" or check the Manhattan Yellow pages.
Bon Voyage!

There are a few cruises that tour Manhattan including Circleline and the Staten Island Ferry - LOL

There is the Full Island Cruise, Harbour Lights Cruise, NY Harbour Liberty Cruise and the BEAST Boat Tour.

All are from the westside -

Actually, I think the Circle Line is the only one that goes all the way around on a regularly scheduled basis. There are booze cruises and music cruises that leave from south street seaport in the summer that cruise around the upper harbor. Then theres the Staten Island Ferry and it's FREE.
