Many years ago..I had some potato wedges from one and I was wondering if anyone had a recipe that is close to what they served.. it had like a crispy spicey 'shell' kinda like maybe it was fried. Can you help a brother out??

Yes, I have been to a Piggly Wiggly. As a matter of fact, we used to have 2 of them in our town. Until, Brookshire Brothers took over.

try this website: http://www.topsecretrecipes.com - he breaks down recipes from a LOT of famous food chains. He might have something close. One of the pizza chains in CA had "mojo potatoes", which should be close to what you're looking for.

I have been there--I remember it in Tennessee. I remember the barbecue but I can't remember eating the potato wedges.
