God didn't make Riverside. People made Riverside what it is today. He gave us the free will to do whatever we want with what he has given us.

If there IS a god (and I'm not saying there is), why did he make cockroaches or allow terrible disasters and horrible diseases happen? Why do some prayers go unanswered? God is said to be the creator of ALL things. Well, THAT means he created people the way the are, even gay people. The "devil" has NOTHING to do with it. God is the creator of all things. There is probably mmind-boggling reasons for why he has made people and things to be as they are, and humans don't have the ability to understand it. I am agnostic, so it really isn't much of an issue for me. I was just making a point.

I agree, "God" did not make Riverside, people and their free will did.
Same as why did God make that person get shot?? God didn't pull the trigger, a human did. Blame the person who actually did it.
