I have a wedding this afternoon and I'm wearing a tight dress - should I avoid any sort of food for lunch? Or does it matter? (I really want pasta right now)

Girl, unless you eat 5 pounds of pasta, you should be fine! Have some pasta... you never know how good the wedding food will be!

Don't eat carbs they totally bloat the stomach and avoid foods with any sugar. Stick to salad for lunch unfortunately!

A girdle!
What you eat or don't eat just before the wedding will have absolutely no impact on how the dress will look!

You can eat pasta or even soup, but don't eat apples or any type of fruit.

Eat lots of nuts (providing you have no nut alergies). You won't feel hungry, and it is not bloating.
