My little sister has a TV in her room and I think it's only fair that I, age 14, have a TV in my room. The question is, how do I convince my parents to get me one?

Keep pointing out to your parents T.V.'s in catalogs and make sure they know where to get them at (wink, wink). Do it often and chances are you will get one.

Personally, I know how u feel because I've always wanted a TV in my room. Everything will be complete if there's a TV in my room. I just need to go out of my room if I need the washroom. Haha! Oh wells, I still can't convince my parents no matter what I do. To think that teenagers are always labeled 'stubborn headed'. Heh...

They will WANT 2 give u a tv in your room if u hog up the main tv which they will want 2 watch. or if u r complaining that they hog up the tv. Especially if u play video games... Just b careful not 2 get in trouble

umm tell them that ur older! try to say something like u need it for exercise tapes or sumthin. or get a playstation and say u need it for that.

tell your parents that you will be responsible and when you get the T.V. you will first do your homework and chores, etc and then you can watch T.V. Tell your parents that when you do watch T.V. you will leave your bedroom door open.
