just say... hi , (boss's name) um i think that when i work at ( place you work at) there is a great enviorment and the people are nice and ( what you do at your work) is great too, but i need a little somethig more to keep me motivated and happy to work and earn a living so i found a really great opening for a job at (place) and i would like to work there instead.
