Every time i ask her she says idk.... but she has said shes liked me but wen i ask her she says idk again..... but we always chill so idk if she likes me or not

It's pretty individualistic as to how girls react. If she just has a minor crush on you, she'd probably avoid you and wouldn't like to acknowledge the fact that she's fond of you. However, if she is serious about the relationship, she'd probably consciously try to make you aware of the fact. You wouldn't really have to go looking for clues.

Okay, from what my teenage daughter tells me, she's def. not interested. IF she's saying Idk it's because she doesn't know HOW TO TELL YOU NO. But since you guys are "hanging out" that means that she does value you as a friend. My advice is just to move on, and find someone hotter.

you have to wait for her because chances are if se saying she doesnt know then its probaly leaning towards the NO side of things. You asked her and got a nice NO. IDK is usually a NO.

If she always looks at you like your the only boy in the room. If she plays with you alot and she probably says idk because she scared or nervous cause she probably like you too.

tell ur friend to ask for u. nd if she saids no ask her for 5 reasons why. if she does and shes lyin tat she doesnt, ask her for 5 reasons and if she cant mention it, tat means she likes you!

idk is a no. Best action would be to tell this chick that you've got your eye on someone else. By her reaction you will know. This will also put the emphasis back on her.
