You are losing it there also, whether you realize it or not. It is absolutely impossible to "spot" reduce. The body just doesn't work that way.

crunches can tone ur abdominals, but it wont get rid of the fat, try a good cardio workout, jogging, biking, nething long those lines, if you want to tone up ur arms, lift a 2 pound dumbell and that will work out well. but try joggin

just keep doing cardio like walking or biking and eventually those areas will reduce in size. your body decides where it wants to lose weight and in what order.
