Any kind of clock or watch that stops will say the correct time twice a day - 12 hours apart from each other.

Of course it does! An anologue clock works on a 12 hour cycle so therefore in a 24 hour day, it is correct twice even though it is not running. Jules, lecturer.Australia.

If it is a 24 hour clock the right time will be displayed only once.

definitely, If we talk about a 12 hour clock. but if we have 24 hour clock then it will show only once.
