when you throw a left jab, push off the right foot with the left foot in front. put your chin down so your jab will come straight from your shoulder to the target and straight back.don't let you right or left hand drop down.
combinations: double jab..straight right hand..left hook.
left jab is considered a #1...right is #2...left hook is #3.
try doing this: #1,#1,#2 then #3 or #3 then #2. those are power punches.
It's important to not take your eyes off your opponent.try to learn to counterpunch, slip, bob and weave. go to www.ringside.com to find out more. there are good trainers in the d.c. area.

Left jab and right cross is a good one. Also a left to the body followed by a left hook to the head.
