Every time I take a shower, my brain becomes dull for about 24 hours. It looses sharpness by 60% or more. I can't concentrate on my tasks. I tried both warm and cooler showers but the effect is just the same. Its the feeling you get as though you spend entire day on the sun by the beach and then imediatly return to work but can't concentrate on much. Please advise. Thanks.

Are you sure it's the shower?
Maybe there is some sort of medicine or food you are eating that has this effect on you.
My best advise to you is to see a doctor about what you can do.

You should invest in a top of the line shower cap so that your brain is protected from the overly hot water you are using in your shower. You may want to permanently close the opening in your head that allows the water from the shower access to your brain.
