My best advice is to do your homework, comparing features of similar bows and maybe trying a few of them in a store so that you can have a hands on feel for them. After you know what you want you may feel comfortable spending a little more and be able to search for the best possible deal for that make/ model bow. Bass Pro Shops has some combos as low as $220 including a quiver, 3 pin fiber optic sight and an arrow rest made by PSE or a BROWNING combo with arrows for as low as $230 both meeting your criteria for draw length and weight. I'll post a link to see those bows as well as a link to a comparrison chart from HUNTER'S FRIEND. Just scroll to the bottom of the page to the CHART NAVIGATION AREA and select YOUTH/SHORT- DRAW BOWS. You be able to see different brands and characteristics like draw lenght and wt. and suggested retail price and that may help you find what you are looking for in a bow and maybe searching for those brands online or elsewhere for the best possible price. Good luck.

my buddy bought a nice bow for less than 100 dollars at a pawn shop. a compound bow isn't something you want to be cheap about tho-you'll probably regret it. i shoot PSE and the bow was about 300 and then my six carbon arrows were 45 dollars. then you gots ta buy a release, sights, etc... my total package was about 520 bucks. just goes to show that a $300 bow can get expensive. buying a used bow can be DANGEROUS. those things have a lot of tension on them. my friend with the used bow took it to the huntin shop and they would not adjust the draw weight because they didn't know how far they could turn the nut before the limbs pop off or somethin haha buying from a local gun shop is best because they will help you set up your drawlength and draw weight and get your bow dialed in. i don't know your age but browning makes a youth package for like $225. but if you want to find a cheap bow, check the iwannas or local paper or ebay even but be careful

There is no way i would buy a used bow, sorry all, but had a bow come apart on me that was used. bought a brand new bear whitetail i believe is the brand, in iraq now can't really check. 30 yard deadly accurate, 20 yards splits arrows grouping is so tight with all factory components, only add on, limb savers and the silencers for strings. all said and done, maybe MAYBE cost me a total of $300, arrows, release, the whole nine yards ready to hunt.

If you want it new, then you're SOL. Plan to be spending at least $200 for compound, $150 for long bow. If it was me, I would get the compound because it has let-off, which makes it a bit easier to hold back.

I have a Ben Pearson compoung bow. It is still in great shape. It does need to be re-strung, as the original string broke. I will sell it for $40.00. It shouldn't cost you over $25.00 to have it restrung. You will have to pay shipping. E-mail me at bdetraz2112@yahoo.com if you are interested. P.S. It has three sights on it.

your not going to find one that cheap unless its a piece of crap, broken, or someone is out of there mind. and it your draw weight is only 35 lbs, you must really be a little girl and you will probably need something like a Genesis, they are small, low cost, low weight
